- 4 large egg whites, room temperature
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries, kiwi, passion fruit, and blueberries

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until glossy.

Fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract gently.

Shape meringue into a circle on the parchment paper, creating a slight well in the center.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Turn off oven and let pavlova cool inside with the door slightly ajar.
